Khumai Danda is a recently discovered, off-the-beaten-path trekking destination in the Annapurna region near Pokhara. Sitting at 3,245 meters, it offers one of the most breathtaking, close-up panoramic views of Mount Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Mardi Himal without the crowds of more commercialized routes.

Located on the northwestern ridge of Pokhara, Khumai Danda provides a raw and rustic Himalayan experience that serves as a perfect short alternative to the Mardi Himal trek. The journey typically spans 3–4 days, taking trekkers through dense rhododendron and oak forests, traditional Gurung villages like Ghachok, and scenic alpine pastures.
