It started with a search for two-day trip near Pokhara. We had a rough idea of a hike, pieced together from blogs but the info was vague, routes unclear, and locals weren’t even sure what we meant.

That frustration led to a thought: what if there was a platform where real travelers shared real experiences, with clarity and honesty? Not polished itineraries, just helpful, raw, local info.

I called it TripHaru at first just to mean “a bunch of trips we’ll post later.” But the name stuck. And slowly, it became something bigger, a home for stories, trails, timing tips, and honest travel advice.

TripHaru is built in Nepal, but made for everyone who’s ever searched, scrolled, and still ended up saying: “Where next?”
