These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TripHaru websites, apps, and related services (“Services”) operated by Skybase Innovations (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. User content

You may post trips, photos, comments, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and promote the Services.

You must have the rights to anything you upload. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. Our content policy describes community expectations in more detail.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services—including scraping in a way that harms performance, attempting to access others’ accounts, distributing malware, or interfering with security features.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Features and prices may change with reasonable notice where required by law.

5. Disclaimer

Outdoor activities involve risk. TripHaru provides planning and community tools—not professional guide services, rescue, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your safety and compliance with local regulations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us, whichever is greater.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
